Moira Nicholson
Director / Company Secretary

With experience at director level, Moira transfers her many years of experience with Nicholson’s Transport Ltd to the Group Board. Moira provides insight and understanding of the business process and accountability for each company that forms part of the group.

Bob Forster
Non-Executive Director - Performance

Bob has worked with many leaders and managers in UK businesses, especially SMEs, applying his knowledge of business practice to good effect in a range of business sectors. He has over 14 years experience as a mentor to business leaders and a strong track record of achieving organisation and individual achievement. Bob works closely with the management teams to advise on corporate strategy and business operations, whilst managing change and improvement through developing leaders and managers in the organisations.

Ian Kinnery
Non-Executive Director - Marketing & Coaching

Ian is an award winning business coach and an experienced Director, with a demonstrable track record in business leadership and profit generation. With an extensive and varied background in sales and marketing, Ian generates maximum exposure to target markets, effectively improving overall business performance and instigating the development and implementation of strategies for growth.

Craig Peterson
Non-Executive Director - Strategy

Craig has over 20 years experience is operations management and strategy development. Initially with blue chip organizations including Bryant Homes and Taylor Wimpey where he was responsible for the delivery of a £60M per annum development program. More recently Craig has worked with a number SME's assisting with projects including the development of new business models, business planning, development of new products / services and strategy development and implementation.
